TIME SHARE CONDO VACATION OUTER BANKS NORTH CAROLINA

Dear Friends & Neighbors:
Ralph and I are unable to use a timeshare vacation at the Outer Banks in North Carolina that we booked due to a diabetic cat. We are just trying to recoup some of the costs of the vacation.
The information is as follows:
Dates: October 11th to 18th 2008
Place: Barrier Island Station, Kitty Hawk, NC
Particulars: 1 bedroom with mini kitchen, sleeps 4
Resort has on site: indoor/outdoor swimming pools, state of the art fitness center, tennis, sauna, whirlpool/hot tub, and games room.
Beach is close by with their own parking across the street from beach. Shopping, restaurants, museums (Wright Bros. Nat'l Memorial, Cape Hatteras Nat'l Seashore and Roanoke Island Aquarium) are all nearby.
Weather should be nice that time of year and the crowds are long gone.
We would hate for this great vacation to go to waste. Please pass this on to your friends/family who may be interested.
