The majority of the major storm water projects have been completed. To see a summary of the accomplishments, please refer to the storm water documents in “References”, or check out the July 23, 2011 Annual Meeting presentation.

There are two remaining storm water problem area in the community—the area around Genoe’s Pt. Road and Lakeview, and the parking lot and related outfall drains. The Genoe’s Point problem will be attacked this year; investigations are under way now to determine how to best deal with it. You can follow progress on this project by monitoring the Storm Water Committee meeting minutes.

The parking lot project will be conducted along with community center construction. Recall that replacing the parking lot is one aspect of new community center construction.
